We held our wedding ceremony and reception on the riverboat this past weekend. I can't speak highly enough about the quality and professionalism of Kristen and her team. Our guests couldn't get over how unique and amazing the venue was. The food was solid, the views spectacular, and the entire experience far exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend this venue enough for unique and fun wedding location.

We had only our ceremony aboard the Creole Queen only with about 33 other guests and then after we took the tour along the Mississippi River to the Chalmette Battlefield which was separate from our ceremony, so tickets were bought but discounted. Kristen was our coordinator throughout the whole process. We planned a year ahead as we are from California, our first time going there, so there would be minimal stress. She was very flexible and accommodating with what was supposed to be 10 guests at first. We did not do a reception on-board however, as this was a semi-elopement, we went out to a casual dinner afterwards. The food that they had for purchase on board was really good though. The officiant(Captain) we had was very nice and professional as well. Everything went as planned. I would highly recommend having your function aboard this boat. The deck that our ceremony was performed on couldn't have been more perfect. Our guests were able to sit under the canopy in nice benches, while we were right in front. The weather was perfect as well, as it rained the very next day.

We booked the Creole Queen for our welcome party the day before. Paul Bair was such a pleasure to work with!!! He met with us ahead of time and made an appearance the day of our event. He was so helpful and worked with us in regards to food and pricing. The event was awesome and the food was delicious!! Our guests were blown away!
